Hacienda De Castilla Cancun

Location was prime in the center of town, staff were attentive, everything was fairly clean throughout. They made my stay fine. Glad that the weather was warm, so I could enjoy its lovely pool.

The staff were honest, the breakfast was delicious and everything was perfect. I loved the beautiful area around the hotel. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around.

Our stay was EXCELLENT, good value. The breakfast had lots of options and included bread, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pancakes and cereals. It had good swimming pool too.

American breakfast was astonishing, location near beach. Fair staff made the experience here nice.

We had an absolutely amazing time here. Bar area was welcoming with karaoke and live music. The bed was spacious and it was great having Wi-Fi, TV and balcony.

Optimal location, highly professional staff and good value. There were extra big rooms with a luxurious bathroom. Near an ideal beach. The service was flawless, totally satisfied. Delicious drinks, stable wifi were a nice surprise. Wonderful stay in this hotel.

Tidy place, good value. Fantastic service, top position. The rooms were airy, the beds were extremely comfy. An amazing beach, fabulous view. With quick check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was eco-friendly.

The weather was fine, had very delightful stay. Business place, fairly clean, reasonable value. The staff was willing to help with any inquires and was humble! There also was small parking and covered pool.

Good value considering prices in Cancun. Low-budget hotel, the idea of having standard twin room was great. Our kudos go to chef for the hospitality! Had breakfast for 5 usd per person per day...

Came in Cancun to relax and have fun, this hotel was nice place for doing it. We appreciated our stay here.

hotel was very clean. a few steps away from the restaurant taqueria coapenitos. we greatly enjoyed the food and rooms in this property, it was suitable for us.
